"Sunny Sunflowers", 6" x 6", Oil on Canvas.  This oil painting of cheerful Sunflowers was painted yesterday as my first of 30 paintings I hope to do in 30 days. This challange was inspired by Leslie Saeta as a way of artists to join together to further learn and have fun.  She is just amazing and has a great talent and knowledge of marketing. I know it will be fun and I hope to learn something valuable.  I have painted this painting before from a photo I took of the still life. It was so cheerful and I wanted to paint it again, not something I usually do. I painted it in my own impressionistic style with Gamblin and Rembrandt artists oil paints.
